This agreement represents the entire agreement between the issuer and you regarding the terms of use of the Website. Any remedy you have relating to your use of the Site must be available within one (1) year from the creation of the claim or remedy. Paying medical bills can be a financial burden and a considerable challenge. To help consumers meet this challenge, a large number of renowned lenders and healthcare companies – including GE Capital, JPMorgan Chase, CitiGroup, Capital One, UnitedHealth Group and Humana – have introduced credit cards specifically designed to cover high healthcare costs. While many of these companies have stopped participating in the program, consumers still have revolving lines of credit to cover healthcare costs. The card can be used to cover traditional health insurance supplements for covered services. The card can also be used for elective medical procedures that are not covered by traditional insurance plans. Some of the medical procedures and wellness services for which the card can be used include sight, cosmetic surgery, dermatology, dental services, and hearing care.

In this Site User Agreement, the term “Retailer” means any retailer/merchant linked to a card account. The agreement with Nautilus, Inc. is part of CareCredit`s continued expansion into other health and wellness markets to increase the versatility of the card. Earlier this year, CareCredit announced that the Health, Wellness and Body Care Credit Card will be accepted for purchases at all Rite Aid stores. COSTA MESA, Calif. (BUSINESS WIRE)-CareCredit, a leading provider of healthcare advertising financing, today announced a multi-year agreement to provide consumer financing options for the purchase of Bowflex fitness equipment from Nautilus, Inc. CareCredit also tells cardholders that “paying the minimum monthly amount to your account may not pay your credit until the end of the action period” and to approach the company to ensure that you pay the right amount “to take advantage of your special financing actions”. These Terms apply exclusively to your access to and use of the Site and do not modify any other agreements you have with the issuer, including the credit card agreement for a card. .
